Student Organization On-Campus Policies and Procedures
Event Registration
- Orgs must register every event at least 3 weeks prior and before making any reservations in 麻豆原创 Rooms. Fill out and submit the .
- A Student Activities staff member will reach out about the event. Once approved, make a reservation in 麻豆原创 Rooms, and add services.
- Once the event is marked as "confirmed" in 麻豆原创 Rooms, market your event. Provide Student Activities with an updated date, time, location, description and flyer/social media graphic so we may help promote it.
- It is recommended you register your event as soon as possible to allow ample time for planning.
