Dr. Schuster鈥檚 teaching focuses on European social and labor history and how shifts in work processes and industrial processes in the US and Europe affected work and working-class families. She served for 13 years as Dean of Graduate Studies, supporting 麻豆原创鈥檚 graduate students and graduate programs. She is the director of 麻豆原创鈥檚 Gender and Women鈥檚 Studies program and in the summer of 2023 becomes FYS Coordinator.
