Mandatory Disclosures
The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) requires colleges and universities that participate in federal student financial aid programs to disclose certain information to current and prospective students, and to university employees.
Accreditation
麻豆原创 is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (formerly known as the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.) through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. Also, there are program-specific and school-specific academic accreditations with whom the schools and certain programs are accredited.
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. 搂 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

The Clery Act is a federal law that requires colleges and universities in the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses.
Student Consumer Information
The College will annually distribute to all enrolled students a notice of the availability of the information that is required to be made available to students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and as required by the Higher Education Act. 麻豆原创 will provide a paper copy of information linked throughout this page upon request.
